More About Me

REALTOR®

Born and raised in California's San Francisco Bay Area with a strong influence from my German immigrant parents, I’m diligent, I love purpose and enjoy working. And I speak German!

After finishing my BS in Business Management from San Jose State University in the late 1980’s, I was thrilled to begin my real estate career as a member of the San Francisco team that started selling high rise condominium buildings South of Market. Working with the spectrum of buyers in each transaction was the most interesting and compelling part of every day. With this team, I successfully sold projects along the Peninsula to South San Jose.

My husband Ken and I were married in 1993 and bought a little house in the Seacliff area of Aptos where we raised two children who have since grown, and where I’m proud to say we recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary.

While the kids were young, I joined Evans and O’Brien, selling new, high-end manufactured housing in Santa Cruz County. With my family I explored Santa Cruz and Monterey counties, and with Evans and O'Brien I discovered a myriad of mobile home communities, each with their own personality and attributes.

Through the years my focus moved toward raising the kids, who are now out on their own, my son married in San Francisco and my daughter in Capitola. Most recently with presence and compassion I guided my mother through 5 years of dementia to her peaceful passing in 2023.

Since then, my thoughts have turned back to my only passion, real estate. I love helping clients find a buyer who falls in love with their home. And I’m passionate about listening to a person’s desires and searching for homes that suit them.

I am truly proud now to be a member of the Bailey Properties team, celebrating 50 years spanning 3 generations so far in business. I appreciate the decades of extensive knowledge and support the Bailey team brings to each agent and transaction. I'm honored to join them, sharing my enthusiasm and dedication to help people find their homes.
